Account Management: Can assist in collecting payments, including deposits and rent, through our existing electronic payment platforms such as WeChat Pay, PayPal, and FPS (Faster Payment System).

Marketing: Your property will be listed on Coliving Times' website, including our official website, WeChat Service Account, Facebook, IG (Instagram), and Douyin. Our platform is connected with various partner universities, colleges, and corporations, directly attracting the target tenants.

Online Profile Management: Your tenants can conveniently manage their profiles through our online tenant management platform.
